BYD and Xiaomi shares surge on June deliveries

BYD shares gained 9% and Xiaomi 5% in Hong Kong trading after strong June delivery numbers. BYD sold 403,472 vehicles in June, up 5.46% year on year. Deutsche Bank forecasts BYD's Q2 net profit rising 145% quarter on quarter to RMB 10 billion. Xiaomi reported its third consecutive month of over 30,000 deliveries.
