Meta is developing a cloud backup service for iPhone users as an alternative to iCloud, discovered in the latest TestFlight build. The service offers 2GB free storage with paid plans up to 1TB. Backups are end-to-end encrypted by default using a passkey, password, or 64-digit encryption key, and not even Meta can access them.
