A multiplayer PvP mod for The Last of Us Part 2 on PC was cancelled after Sony Interactive Entertainment sent a legal request to the developer, Speclizer. The mod, in development for nine months, was set to include new maps, perks, and listening mechanics. Its cancellation follows Sony's 2023 shutdown of the official Last of Us Online project.
