Debugging database errors with Insights

PlanetScale introduced an error tracking feature to Insights for debugging database errors. The team used it internally to investigate AlreadyExists errors on the database_branch_password table, finding duplicate index entries causing MySQL insert rejections. Tags helped trace issues to the DatabaseBranchPasswordsController create action.
