Boeing sells eVTOL subsidiaries, takes stake in Archer

Boeing is selling Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu to Archer Aviation for an undisclosed stake in the eVTOL startup. The deal strengthens Archer's eVTOL and military portfolio while Boeing focuses on core commercial airplanes, defense, and space operations.
