XRP Ledger Batch Upgrade Delayed to Oct. 9

The XRP Ledger's Batch upgrade, which bundles up to eight transactions, was pushed back at least 10 days after validator support briefly fell below the required 80% threshold. Support returned from 30 of 35 trusted validators on Sept. 25, restarting a two-week countdown. Earliest activation is now Oct. 9, with a separate delegation upgrade delayed to Oct. 8.
