Duende commercialized open source IdentityServer in December 2022 and deleted supporting documentation from GitHub. Rock Solid Knowledge (RSK), a Bristol UK software firm and longtime IdentityServer contributor, forked the project to maintain an open source identity security offering with expanded features.
