iOS 18 lets users lock and hide apps on iPhone using Face ID or a passcode. Long pressing an app and selecting Require Face ID locks it. Hiding an app removes its icon and notifications, placing it in a Hidden folder in the App Library. Not all apps, like Camera or Settings, can be locked.
