The FBI and DOJ disrupted QTRouter and QScan, proxy tools used by Chinese state-sponsored hackers to breach US agencies including NASA, the Senate, and the Federal Reserve. The tools were operated by Nanjing Xinjiuwei Network Technology Company, allegedly serving the Ministry of State Security and the People's Liberation Army.
