TornadoVM 7.3 Adds Nvidia CUDA Support

Open-source framework TornadoVM reaches version 7.3, introducing optimized Nvidia CUDA backend support for Java applications. The release replaces the Java Native Interface with the Foreign Function & Memory API and adds multi-GPU execution capabilities. A new jitLLM v2.0 inference engine also launches alongside the update.
