Apple patched a Hide My Email vulnerability on July 3 that exposed real email addresses, but the flaw was still reproducible two weeks later. The bug, reported by EasyOptOuts co-founder Tyler Murphy in June 2025, caused real addresses to appear in email logs when messages were rejected as spam. A class-action lawsuit has been filed.
