Meta contractors created fake under-18 accounts to probe OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Character.AI with sensitive prompts. The project, called Cannes, ran over 45,000 prompts in one round. Meta called it industry-standard safety testing. The targeted companies were not informed.
