Mexican fintech unicorn Clip acquired Pulpos, a cloud-based business management platform, for an undisclosed amount. Founded in 2023, Pulpos offers AI agents through WhatsApp and raised $9M total, including a $4M seed round and a $5M round led by Dalus Capital in April 2026.
