Crypto bridges lose $35 million in hours

At least three crypto bridges and cross-chain protocols lost over $35 million in a six-hour span. Verus's Ethereum bridge was drained of $7.54 million using the same bug class as a May hack. B² Network lost $3.86 million after an attacker seized its staking contract's upgrade authority. None of the attacks broke the underlying cryptography.
