Oracle EBS flaw exploited before public exploit code

Attackers exploited a critical Oracle E-Business Suite Payments vulnerability (CVE-2026-46817, CVSS 9.8) six weeks after Oracle patched it and before any public exploit code appeared. Defused researchers observed six targeted exploitation attempts from a single source on June 27. The flaw allows unauthenticated file reading on releases 12.2.3 through 12.2.15.
