Dynamic RAM from First Principles

Igor built an eight-byte dynamic RAM array from discrete components for a drum sequencer project. Each bit uses a capacitor and two diodes, with transistors on read and write busses. The large capacitors can hold charge overnight, and the 64 bits create eight beats with eight samples per beat.
