Tesla revises FSD transfer policy on new Cybertruck trim

Tesla changed the terms for Full Self-Driving transfers on the $59,000 All-Wheel-Drive Cybertruck, removing eligibility after initially stating transfers were allowed. The policy revision caused some customers to cancel orders. Tesla offered affected buyers the option to upgrade trims, proceed without transfer, or cancel for a refund.
