PhonePe Cuts Audit Time With AI Agents

PhonePe CTO Srijon Biswas said the fintech runs more than 200 AI agents used daily by about 1,600 employees. Audit work that took four days now finishes in three minutes, and each app release saves roughly 22 person-days. Voice agent costs fell to one-sixth, and 20 KYC agents were redeployed.
