MobiKwik Infuses ₹61 Cr Into Lending Arm, Appoints New CBO

MobiKwik transferred its digital lending operations to subsidiary MobiKwik Distribution Services Private Limited (MDSPL) and will inject ₹60.85 Cr as equity. Former Bajaj Markets exec Manish Pathania was appointed chief business officer of MDSPL. The NBFC licence requires the lending business to operate under an independent subsidiary.
