Macronix Quits Switch Memory Business

Analyst David Gibson reports that Macronix is quitting the Switch business as ROM storage sales dropped to less than 5% of its total sales last quarter, down from 23% a year ago. This move may force Nintendo to emphasize digital games even harder as its main supplier phases out physical game card production.
