Bending Spoons buys Airtable for $1.285 billion

Bending Spoons agreed Tuesday to buy Airtable for $1.285 billion in cash, its first acquisition since going public on the Nasdaq in June. The price is about a fifth of Airtable's $11 billion 2021 valuation. Airtable's annual recurring revenue grew over 20% to roughly $480 million as of June.
