Prysmian signed a €5.5bn, 10-year agreement with Molex to supply optical cable for AI data centres. Molex is paying €550m upfront, a rare cash commitment. Prysmian will invest €1.25bn through 2031, doubling US optical fibre production and creating over 1,000 jobs, 600 in the US.
