CXMT announces mass production of LPDDR5X memory

Chinese memory maker CXMT announced mass production of LPDDR5X at 8,533 Mbps and 9,600 Mbps. A 10,667 Mbps version is in customer sampling. The lineup includes 12Gb and 16Gb dies, 12GB to 24GB chip solutions, and 16GB and 32GB LPCAMM modules, all backward compatible with LPDDR5.
