Massachusetts Got $64M For EV Chargers, None Built

Massachusetts received $64 million from the federal NEVI program nearly four years ago but has not built a single working charger. Two vendors, Applegreen and Global Partners, have spent $4 million on engineering and permitting. Construction on sites in Greenfield, Newburyport, Lancaster, Raynham, and Wrentham may begin in July.
