Qualcomm launches Snapdragon Reality Elite for XR devices

Qualcomm launched Snapdragon Reality Elite, a mixed reality chip with 30% higher CPU, 60% higher GPU, and 160% higher NPU performance over the XR2+ Gen 2. The platform runs 12°C cooler and consumes 20% less power. Qualcomm also introduced START, a turnkey smart glasses toolkit. CEO Cristiano Amon said over 40 AI wearable designs are in development.
