Aveni, an Edinburgh-based AI fintech, raised £12 million in a Series B round led by PXN Ventures. The capital will accelerate the Unified Assurance Platform and launch Agent Assure and Agent Approve, tools for assessing conduct risk of AI agents in financial services.
