DNSimple Rewrites DNS Library for Speed

DNSimple recently rewrote its Erlang DNS library to optimize performance on the BEAM. The changes reduced CPU usage by 12% per query and increased query capacity by 14% before saturation. Benchmarks were run on an Apple M4 Pro and an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D.
