GBT Starts Solid-State Battery Production

On 13 October, GBT began series production of solid-state battery cells at its Nansha plant near Guangzhou. The facility repurposed an existing lithium-ion line with a 1 GWh capacity for solid-state cells, while retaining 4 GWh for lithium-ion units.
