Apple Wallet Digital ID now used for age verification in Texas

Apple Wallet's Digital ID feature is now used for age verification in Texas. The feature supports users proving age when creating new Apple Accounts in the state starting June 4, 2026. Texas is the first U.S. state to adopt Digital ID for age verification in Apple services. Users in Texas must verify age to access certain features and services through the Wallet app.
