Curiosity finds vast honeycomb patterns on Mars

NASA's Curiosity rover discovered a large field of honeycomb-shaped polygons in Mars' Valle Grande. The features, each 4 to 8 centimeters across, are the largest such patch found. Scientists believe they may be ancient mud cracks indicating past water.
