Nasscom warns of deep engineering skill decline

Nasscom warned that India risks building an AI-reliant workforce instead of an AI-native one if deep engineering expertise declines. Over 90 percent of early-career tech professionals already use AI. The industry body cautioned that the drop in routine coding must not erode fundamental technical skills.
