TCS takes $70m charge after Supreme Court rejects appeal

Tata Consultancy Services will book a $70m one-time charge after the US Supreme Court declined to hear its appeal in a trade-secrets dispute with DXC Technology. The court's refusal leaves a damages award standing, bringing TCS's total exposure in the case to about $220m.
