Routing keys isolate Kafka consumer tests

Routing keys let multiple consumer tests run on a shared Kafka broker without collisions. Each test gets isolated partitions and consumer groups. This enables parallel agent loops that publish events, observe downstream effects, and iterate without interfering with other tests.
