FSB-Linked Hackers Expand Ukraine Phishing Campaigns

Microsoft reports that Star Blizzard, a Russian FSB-linked hacking group, has expanded phishing attacks since January 2026, hitting over 100 organizations in the US and UK. The group shifted from targeted spear-phishing to mass campaigns, using compromised websites and a new malware delivery method called RedFlick to install its CosmicPulse backdoor.
