Building And Testing A DIY Robot Actuator

Brandon Lai built a custom robot actuator targeting 40-60 rpm and 20 Nm of torque. Testing revealed only 7 Nm due to a limited power supply and excessive backlash from poor tolerances. The $400 build cost exceeded budget, but CAD files are available online.
