iVerify Unveils P7 DarkSword Spyware Variant

iVerify released a report today detailing P7 DarkSword, a new spyware variant affecting unpatched iPhones running iOS 18.7. The threat actor distributes it through malicious ads, expanding compatibility from iOS 18.6 to 18.7. Discovered in August 2026, P7 reduces its on-device footprint while adding crypto-wallet theft and two-way command-and-control communication every 15 seconds, rendering previous indicators of compromise invalid.
