MediaTek has announced two new high-end smartphone chips: the 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro and the 3nm Dimensity 9600M. The flagship 9600 Pro features an octa-core CPU with Arm C2-Ultra cores at 4.55GHz, a Mali-G2 Ultra NX GPU supporting 185+ fps gaming, and an NPU 1090 for on-device AI. It supports LPDDR6 RAM, UFS 5.0 storage, and 5G with Triple-SIM Triple-Active technology.
