Chery launches iCar brand in UK

Chinese automaker Chery brings its iCar brand to the UK under the name iCaur, with sales of the 5-seat V27 SUV set to begin in early 2027. This move adds a fifth brand to its UK portfolio, joining Omoda, Jaecoo, Lepas, and the namesake Chery, following a strategy that saw combined market share reach 9.4% in September.
