Microsoft adds another year to Windows 10 extended update program

Microsoft has extended its Windows 10 Extended Security Updates program by another year, pushing the end date to October 12, 2027. Users already signed up for the free program will automatically receive the extra year of patches. The change was quietly made to the ESU support page and a blog post editor's note.
