Transformer Transformer generates a complete robot embodiment from a manipulation demonstration. A fabricated design for cloth flinging on an ALOHA 2 bimanual platform reduced tracking error by 73% and max joint speed by 30%. The model uses RoboTokens tokenization and Dynamics Self-Guidance for zero-shot reward optimization.
