FCC waives Amazon satellite deadline, keeps 2029 target

The US FCC waived its July deadline for Amazon to deploy half of its Project Kuiper satellites. Amazon must still launch all 3,232 satellites by July 30, 2029. The waiver grants flexibility on the interim milestone without changing the final deployment requirement.
