Linear Release 2021.06 and Issue Triage

Linear released version 2021.06 with a new Triage feature. All new issues from integrations or outside team members go to a special inbox. Teams can accept, escalate, merge, decline, or snooze issues. Declining prompts a comment. Enable Triage under team settings.
