Shelbit, an unlicensed Dubai crypto exchange run by Iranian expatriate Siavash Kayvanpour, allegedly moved hundreds of millions of dollars for Iran's central bank and sanctioned entities. A Dubai-based illegal gambling network with over 2,000 platforms channeled millions through Shelbit, which investigators say appears closely tied to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
