YouTube Music tests artist block button on Android

YouTube Music is testing a "Don't recommend artist" button on Android, but early testers report tapping it does nothing to block the artist. The button only appears on the home page, not in the playing queue or generated playlists. The feature is currently rolled out to a small number of users.
