Flagright raises $12.5M after founder built missing compliance software

Baran Ozkan spent 15 months searching for compliance software that did not exist, then built Flagright. The startup raised a $12.5 million Series A led by Infinity Ventures. Flagright replaces legacy systems with an AI platform for transaction monitoring, watchlist screening, and case management, reporting up to 93 percent fewer false positives.
