Cosine post-trains model for offensive pen testing

Cosine released a post-trained model that performs offensive security scans instead of refusing code. The tool runs via CLI with a $20/month subscription, producing a markdown report with location, severity, cause, and fix direction. A Go harness blocks mutating tools in scan mode and limits network egress in pen test mode.
