Grepathy logs agent decisions to git

Grepathy is a CLI tool that reads Claude Code session transcripts locally, extracts decisions made by coding agents, and writes them to a markdown file committed with the code. The tool solves the problem of undocumented agent choices, like pre-creating guest users without approval. Transcripts never leave the machine.
