Binance France emails users that accounts close on Dec. 31, 2026. Assets left on the exchange face monthly fees starting Nov. 29, calculated as 0.025% of the balance or a minimum of 10 USDC. Withdrawals must be completed by Nov. 29 to avoid charges. This follows June restrictions on EU services due to failed MiCA authorization.
