Google Tests Gemini Call for Me Feature

Google is testing Call for Me, letting Gemini phone businesses on a user's behalf. Only Pixel 11 owners in the US with a paid Gemini subscription and the beta Phone app can use it. Gemini handles reservations, appointments and stock checks, waits on hold, and calls from the user's number with a live transcript. It builds on Google Duplex; Meta's Muse and Instinct also make calls.
