FTC clears SpaceX to acquire Mesh Optical Technologies

The Federal Trade Commission fast-tracked its antitrust review, clearing SpaceX to acquire Mesh Optical Technologies, a startup founded by three former SpaceX engineers. Mesh Optical develops optical transceivers for data centers and raised a $50 million Series A led by Thrive Capital.
